Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo scored a deal on their brand-new home in Los Angeles.

According to the real estate site Trulia, the couple plunked down $18 million for the estate in Holmby Hills, about $2 million below the asking price.

The home has plenty of room for the young family, which includes baby daughter Dusty Rose. The French Regency-style mansion has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and numerous amenities. The property includes a guest house, a four-car garage, a motor court, a pool and a pool house.

Last year, Adam and Behati put their Beverly Hills home up for sale for $17.5 million. They also sold their sprawling Soho loft in New York City last year for $5.5 million.
